cant download client

I have a new laptop and it won't let me dl the client. Can someone explain to me what the problem is? because on my other computer, I report no problems.

what type of laptop? macbook or windows? or linux? is it a touch screen? let me know basics

its a toshiba-idk which provider, it was a gift.

maybe its a error with the cache, try deleting the cache, then restarting the client. it happens sometimes

here is what happens- i click client- it goes to this dropbox thing and says it can't open it or something, i have dropbox installed-so what is the problem? how do i delete cache????
