With Mage blocked you can still venge. Ruins dds whip risking. Please fix thanks

i know this issue froggie did it to null not to long ago and caused null to temporarily quit the server until things got better. we need to either call this bug abuse or find a way to get rid of it.

This is now considered bug abuse, anybody caught doing this in a stake will receive a punishment.
