xp lamp idear ?

i dont know if you have this or not but i think it would be good if you can bring in a xp lamp which gets a skill to 99 and the only way of getting one is a realy rare drop or pap shop or donate ? just putting idears out there sorry if you think its stupid .

I think XP lamps should be rewarded from something like agility since the server already has infinite run energy.. unless the owner changes it.
