The easiest way to achieve 99 prayer is Dragon Bones. These bones can be Obtained by any dragon, using these bones on an altar will give you 45,605 XP. It takes approximately 286 Dragon Bones on an altar to obtain 99 Prayer.

All the types of dragons drop dragon bones, you can find green dragons in the 'Pk'ing teleports' And blue dragons in the 'Taverly Dungeon' Under 'Monster Teleports'. As well as all of the dragons in the monster teleports under 'Dragons Dungeon'.

Even though Dragon Bones are the most affordable/easiest way to 99 Prayer , they do not give the most XP.
Daggonoth bones give 55,205 XP on an altar, it's not much of a difference but hey, a great guide has to have EVERYTHING.
You can find Daggonoths in the 'Boss Teleports' , but be warned they are a very hard boss , be knowleged about them prior to entering.

Well there you have it, these are the fastest way to 99 Prayer, hope you enjoy that nice cape.

Thank you for your suggestion , i accidentally submitted the guide in mid-completion. I'm finishing it atm.

Great guide man, I enjoyed it, even though I'm already 99 pray, you said a good guide you must include everything but you only included 2 bones, there's big bones aswell! (normal bones if you want to be really slow) I would reccommend 1-70 big bones
