Shop problems

A problem I see alot in sevrers that there is some sort of buying/selling timer in shops, this really annoys me, can this be removed and if not.. why not?

Every item in general, and a buy x option or a buy 100 option would also be very handy!

buy 10 = buy 50 and it does nt restock so you have to buy other peoples fish. makes fishing somewhat important(:
