New fixed Aby demon guide

Rich players: whip, defender, full initiate for pray bonus, fcape, fury, b-gloves, and zerker
Poorer players use initiate as well and glory, Dragon Scimitar, uholy book, and dragon gloves with skill cape.
Either way bring pots and lots of restores. That's the most important part.
Use port from melee and don't use boost stats pray to conserve pray an get more kills.
